 Like a statue! Hochkarat was undefeated at Materiale Classes in 2005. We are hoping for a high HOY placing with the USDF. She completed her mare performance test with the AHS, scoring 77.7% and is now an Elite Mare Candidate. She also was crowned Premium Mare at the RPSI inspection in Sept. 2005
Our
latest addition- we have very high expectations from
this young mare who arrived from Germany in May 04.
She
will be our next Stallion mother bringing the valuable
bloodlines of Hohenstein and DeNiro to our program.
Karat
was the high scoring Hanoverian mare at the AHS inspection
in Spokane, WA earning an overall score of 8.0 with
a
subscore for impulsion and elasticity of 9! She is
now
elite eligible and will complete her performance test
next
year. She was just a little too green at the time of
the AHS
inspection. However, only 4 weeks later she won the
Materiale
Class for 3 year olds at the Sporthorse Tournier in
Spokane with a score
of
78.8%. Karat is going to give us her first foal via
embryo
transfer next June. The sire is Wolkenzauber. In 2005
we will
breed her to Radikal and if the embryo transfer works
again
she will also be bred to a Hanoverian - haven't made
up our
minds yet (Sandro Hit, Fuerst Heinrich, Fabriano...???

Hochkarat and her 2 year old son Rabenschwarz (who just received his stallion license with RPSI) at the USDF Northwest Finals. She was reserve champion mare and her son won the colt championship. Rabenschwarz is sired by Radikal.

"Wolkenkarat"
Hochkarat's first foal by Wolkenzauber (and our first successful embryo transfer foal), is the mirror image of her dam. She has her affectionate and confident temperament. We love her!

Wolkenkarat received a Gold Medal rating at the RPSI inspection. She was the champion foal of the show with a score of 8.3. Way to go Little Karat. She was the first successful embryo transfer foal on our farm.
